82. 3561. Misbranding of dextro-amphetamine sulfate tablets and phenobarbital tablets. U. S. v. Alexander Canales, Sr., (West Dallas Drug Store), and Edmund L. Hall. Pleas of guilty. Fine of $1,000 against Defendant Canales and fine of $500 against Defendant Hall. Jail sentence of 6 months against each defendant suspended; each defendant placed on probation.

Alexander Canales, Sr., trading as the West Dallas Drug Store, Dallas, Tex., and Edmund L. Hall, a pharmacist in the drug store.

87. 3703. Misbranding of amphetamine sulfate tablets and dextro-amphetamine sulfate tablets. U. S. v. Fred G. Hansard (H & Y Drug), and Arvil Cravens. Fred G. Hansard pleaded nolo contendere and fined $100 on count 1, $500 on count 2, and placed on probation for 2 years on remaining 3 counts. Arvil Cravens pleaded guilty and sentenced to 5 days in jail and $100 fine on-count 2 and placed on probation for 2 years.

90. 2102. Misbranding of Pronto-Lax, Mineral Crystals, Famous Residuum, Nose Spraying Solution, and Eye Bath. U. S. v. Famous Mineral Water Co. and Howard Nevils. Pleas of guilty. Fine of $100 against each defendant on count 1; fine of $500 generally, but suspended for 3 years, against the defendants on the other counts of the information.

92. 2693. Misbranding of Seconal sodium pulvules. U. S. v. Keene Pharmacal Co. Harold Lloyd's Prescriptions), and Harold A. Lloyd, John M. Hilsher, and Percy L. Stogsdill. Pleas of nolo contendere. Corporation fined 200 on count 1 and total of $500 on counts 2 to 6; payment of $500 suspended and corporation placed on probation for 1 year. Each individual defendant fined $100.
