61. 20554. Conspiracy to violate the Food and Drugs Act. U. S. v. Harry Lesser, Forrest E. James, Walter B. Anderson, Philip M. Lahn, and Henry J. Henners. Tried to a jury. Indictment dismissed as to defendant Anderson. Defendants Lesser and James found guilty; each sentenced to 1 year and 8 months' imprisonment and fined $2,500, without costs. Defendant Lahn found guilty and sentenced to 1 year and 5 months' imprisonment, without costs. Verdict of not guilty as to defendant Henners. Appeal to Circuit Court of Appeals. Judgment of conviction affirmed. (Conspiracy no. 100.)

81. 1910. Adulteration of Hyposols Liv-Vi-B, Hyposols Liver Solution U. S. P., and Hyposols Sulisocol. U. S. v. The Drug Products Co., Inc., Joseph H. Moss, and George E. Hickey. Pleas of guilty. Corporation fined $750; Joseph H. Moss fined 9450; and George E. Hickey fined $750 and sentenced to 30 days' imprisonment.

90. 2510. Adulteration of triple distilled water, solution anterior pituitary, ovarian extract, and ampuls of sodium iodide. U. S. v. Torigian Laboratories, Inc., and John Torigian. Plea of guilty for corporation on all four counts and plea of guilty for individual on count 1. Fine of $1,000 against corporation; individual fined $800 on count 1 and placed on probation for two years. Counts 2, 3, and 4 against individual dismissed.
