20605. Adulteration of egg noodles, macaroni, and spaghetti. U. S. v. Golden Grain Macaroni Co., Inc., and Paskey Dedomenico. Pleas of not guilty. Tried to the court. Verdict of not guilty on count 1 of information and verdict of guilty on remaining counts. Fine of $5,000 against each defendant. Individual defendant also placed on probation for 3 years. Judgment affirmed upon appeal.
