324. Adulteration of prophylactics. XJ. S. v. 198-11/18 Gross of Rubber Prophy lactics. Default decree of condemnation and destruction. (F. D. C. No. , 3414. Sample No. 50142-B.) On November 19, 1940, the United States attorney for the District of Mary- land filed a libel against 198-11/18 gross of prophylactics at Baltimore, Md., alleging that the article had been shipped in interstate commerce on or about November 1, 1940, by the Parfum Levy Co. from New York, N. Y.; and charging that it was adulterated in that its quality fell below that which it purported or was represented to possess.
