PRODUCT: 24 packages, each containing 1 6-ounce bottle, of HwrVs Compound
Asthma Medicine, at Los Angeles, Calif.
NATURE OF CHARGE : Adulteration, Section 501 (a), the product consisted in whole
or in part of a filthy substance, a mold-containing liquid.
DISPOSITION: July 20, 1945. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con-
demnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
