LABEL, IN PABT : "Cotton-Tipped Applicators 20 in Each Vial * * * Stero Swabs for Baby's Eyes, Ears and Nose." NATURE OF CHARGE: Misbranding, Section 502 (a), the label statement "Stero Swabs for Baby's Eyes, Ears and Nose" was false and misleading since it im- plied that the article was sterile. DISPOSITION: July 12, 1946. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con- demnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
