Rexall Drug Co., a corporation, formerly trading as United-Rexall Drug Co.,
St. Louis, Mo.
ALLEGED SHIPMENT:   Between the approximate dates of November 7, 1945, and
June 21, 1946, from the State of Missouri into the States of California and
Oregon.

NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 501 (b), the article was represented
as a drug, the name of which is recognized in the United States Pharmacopoeia,
an official compendium, but its quality fell below the official standard since
it contained glass.
DISPOSITION:    September 29,  1947.   A plea  of nolo  contendere having been
entered, the court imposed a fine of $500 on each of the 3 counts of the
information.
