LABEL, IN PART: "200 Uni-Swabs * * * The Only Sterile Swabs * * * Always remains sterile." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 501 (c), the purity and quality of the article fell below that which it purported and was represented to possess since it was not sterile but was contaminated with living organisms. Misbranding, Section 502 (a), the label statements "The Only Sterile Swabs" and "Always remains sterile" were false and misleading as applied to a product that was not sterile.
