mine HC1. 5 Mg."; (portion repackaged into bottles) "Dexo-Tabs Each Tab-
let Contains Dextro-Amphetamine Hydrochloride 5 Mg."
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 501 (c), the strength of the article
differed from that which it was represented to possess, namely, d-amphetamine
hydrochloride 5 mg. (Examination disclosed that the tablets contained not
more than 4.15 milligrams of dextroamphetamine hydrochloride.)
DISPOSITION :   March 30,1950.   Default decree of condemnation and destruction.
