INFORMATION FILED : 5-13-55, Dist. Mass., against George-V. Palladino, la City 
Hall Pharmacy, Revere, Mass., and Ralph Milano (a pharmacist).
CHARGE : Between 4-6-54 and 4-20-54, Ergotrate Maleate tablets, pentobarbital 
sodium capsules, and Premarin tablets were each dispensed once without a 
prescription,   and   penicillin   tablets,   pentobarbital   sodium   capsules,   and
Benzedrine Sulfate tablets were each dispensed once upon requests for 
prescription refills without authorization by the prescriber.
PLEA : Guilty—by Palladino to all 6 counts of information and by Milano to 4 
counts.
DISPOSITION: 9-19-55 Palladino fined $600 and Milano fined $400. Each in- 
dividual also given 2-month suspended prison sentence and placed on probation 
for 1 year.
