CHARGE: Between 5-27-54 and 6-17-54, thyroid tablets were dispensed once,
sulfadiazine tablets were dispensed twice, and Dexedrine Sulfate tablets were
dispensed twice upon requests for prescription refills without authorization by
the prescriber.
PLEA :   Not guilty.
DISPOSITION: The case came on for trial before a jury on 11-14-55. On the
same day, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
