CHARGE: Between 3-7-54 and 6-2-54, thyroid tablets and capsules containing
a mixture of extract of ergot, apiol, and oil of savin in a vehicle of castor
oil were each dispensed once without a prescription, and Seconal Sodium cap-
sules were dispensed 4 times upon requests for prescription refills without
authorization by the prescriber.
