ACCOMPANYING LABELING :   Leaflet  entitled  "Directions  For Using  D'Velope
Cream Formula" and a copy of an advertisement relating to the article, which
appeared in a local newspaper.
RESULTS OP INVESTIGATION : The above-mentioned leaflet was attached to the
lid of teach jar. The above-mentioned newspaper advertisement had been
printed on instructions of, and from a mat furnished by, the shipper, and a
copy of the advertisement was on display on a counter in the consignee's store.
