CHARGE: Between 4-10-56 and 5-7-56, amphetamine sulfate tablets were dis-
pensed 3 times without a prescription.
PLEA. :   Not guilty.
DISPOSITION : The case came on for trial before the court and jury on 2-5-57.
The trial was concluded on 2-8-57, with the return by the jury of a verdict of
guilty. On 3-5-57, the court fined the defendant $1,000 and placed him on
probation for 3 years.
