CHARGE: 502(a)-when shipped and while held for sale, the labeling of the 
article contained false and misleading representations that the article was an 
adequate and effective treatment for acne, pimples, minor rashes, and all skin 
blemishes; and 502(f)(2)-the labeling failed to bear adequate warnings 
against unsafe methods and duration of administration or application, in such 
manner and form, as are necessary for the protection of users, since the article 
contained an antihistamine drug (pyrilamine maleate) and its labeling failed 
to warn that the article was not for prolonged use, should not be used in the 
eyes, or over large areas of the body, and that if swelling or pain persisted or 
increased, its use should be discontinued and a physician consulted.
