RESITLTS OP INVESTIGATION : The jars containing the articles were to be labeled
in the normal course of the dealer's business operations, with the loose labels
described above.

CHARGE: 502(a)-while held for sale, the labeling which accompanied the
articles contained false and misleading representations that the "Beauty
Queen" or "B-Former Method" would be an adequate and effective treatment
for firming and enlarging the female breast and that the "Fountain of Youth
Wrinkleproof Cream" contained the essential elements necessary in skin care
and was adequate and effective in the treatment and prevention of wrinkles:
502(b)-when shipped, the articles failed to bear labels containing (1) the
name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor, and
(2) an accurate statement of the quantity of contents; 502(e) (2)-the labels
of the articles, when shipped, failed to bear the common or usual name of each
active ingredient; and 502(f) (1)-the labeling of the articles, when shipped
and while held for sale, failed to bear adequate directions for use.
