CHARGE: 502(a)-when shipped, the labeling accompanying the article con-
tained false and misleading representations that the article was an adequate
and effective treatment for arthritis, rheumatism, headache, sinusitis, tooth-
ache, sore throat, all muscular aches, soreness, lameness, and stiffness; and
502(f) (1)-the labeling of the article failed to bear a warning that the article |
should be kept out of the reach of children to avoid accidental poisoning,
that its use should be discontinued if excessive irritation of the skin devel-
oped, and that users should avoid getting the articles into the eyes or on
mucous membranes.
