contained false and misleading representations that the article was adequate
and effective for the prevention and treatment of heart disease and heart
trouble; that it would help the heart action; that it would break down choles-
terol in the arteries; that it would give one more stamina, vigor, endurance,
and add many years to one's life; that the unsaturated fatty acids were neces-
sary for life, health, and reproduction of humans and animals; and that it
would stimulate the sex vitality of livestock.

delivered to the Food and Drug Administration and the remainder was
destroyed.
