RESULTS OF INVESTIGATION : The article was an electrically operated device 
which would atomize water and blow the atomized water into the atmosphere 
by means of an air jet.

CHARGE: 502(a)-the labeling accompanying the article, while held for sale, 
contained false and misleading representations that the article was adequate 
and effective in preventing respiratory infection, the presence and multiplica- 
tion of disease-causing germs and bacteria in the nasal passages, pneumonia, 
coughs, colds, and similar ills, dry, scratchy throat, bleary eyes, winter itch, 
weariness, withdrawal of the body's moisture, and that the article when used 
as directed would provide for faster respiratory relief, relief from coughs, and 
colds, and continued health.
