RESULTS OP INVESTIGATION : Examination showed that 3 prophylactics, or 1.5 per- 
cent of 200 (No. 1), and 4 prophylactics, or 2.0 percent of 200 (No. 2), were de- 
fective in that they contained holes or were excessively fragile.
