In Notice of Judgment No. 195, covering judgment of the District?
Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Missouri, in a?
prosecution by the United States against the A. Braun Manufacturing?
Co., of St. Louis, Mo., for violation of the Food and Drugs Act?
of June 30, 1906, it was erroneously stated that the defendant cor??
poration pleaded guilty to an information charging the adulteration?
and misbranding of vinegar.
The original information filed charged that the vinegar was adul??
terated and misbranded. This information was subsequently?
amended, omitting the charge of adulteration, and it was to this?
amended information, charging misbranding only, that the defendant?
subsequently filed its plea of guilty.
