On November 15, 1915, the United States attorney for the District of New? Jersey, acting upon a report by the Secretary of ^Agriculture, filed in the? District Court of the United States for said district an information against the? Alloway Packing Co., a corporation, Alloway, N. J., alleging shipment by said? company, in violation of the Food and Drugs Act, on or about October 2, 1914,? from the State of New Jersey into the State of New York, of a quantity of? tomato paste, which was adulterated. The article was labeled: (On can)? "Tomato Paste" (spray of small tomatoes) "Red Made from whole to?? matoes and trimmings Direzione.
