Websteu,? Willimantic, Conn., alleging shipment by said defendant, in violation of the? Food and Drugs Act, oh or-about-May 4,-1915," from the Stat-e of' Connecticut? into the State of Khode Island,' of ~a quantity of milk which was adulterated.
