Hampshire, acting upon a report by the Secretary of Agriculture, filed in the? District Court of the United States for said district an information against? Kattie E. Samson, Lancaster, N. H., alleging shipment by said defendant, in? violation of the Food and Drugs Act, on or about July 13, 1916, from the State? of New Hampshire into the State of Massachusetts, of a quantity of milk? which was adulterated. Analysis of a sample of the article by the Bureau of Chemistry of this de?? partment showed the following results: Product is deficient in fat, indicatingskimming. Adulteration of the,. $$tide was alleged, 4n the information for the reason? that a valuable constituent of the article, to wit, butter fat, had been wholly? or intpart abstracted.
