District Court of the United States for said district an information against the? Crescent Cotton Oil Co., a corporation, Memphis,"'Tenn., alleging shipment by? said company, in violation of the Food and Drugs :Act; as amended,'on or about? February 4, 1919, in the namefrf 'F. W. Brode & Co.1,' from the State of Tennes?? see into the< State of Kansas, vdf a quantity of an unlabeled article which was? misbranded.? Misbranding of the article was1 alleged in the information for the reason that? it was food in package form,-and the quantity of the' contents was hot plainly? and conspicuously marked on tile outside of the package.
