On June 9, 1919, the United States attorney for the District of Minnesota,? acting upon a report by the Secretary of Agriculture, filed in the District Court? of the United States for said district a libel for the seizure and condemnation? of 12 dozen bottles of Injection Zip, remaining in the original unbroken pack?? ages at Duluth, Minn., alleging that the article had been shipped by the Baker-? Levy Chemical Co., Indianapolis, IncL, on or about October 30, 1918, and trans?? ported from the State of Indiana into the State of Minnesota, and charging? misbranding in violation of the Food and Drugs Act, Analysis of a sample of the article by the Bureau of Chemistry of this depart?? ment showed that it consisted essentially of acetates and sulphates of zinc and? lead, berberine, and water.
