Wichmann? Frederiksen and Thomas Thomson, copartners, trading as the White City? Creamery & Produce Co., Noonau, Is. Dak., alleging shipment by said defend?? ants, in violation of the Pood and Drugs Act, on or about July 30 and August? 0, 1919. from the Stale of North Dakota into the Stale oC Minnesota, oC quanti?? ties of shell eggs which were adulterated. Examination of a sample of the consignment of July 30, 1919, by the Bureau? of Chemistry of this department showed, in 6 cases, the presence of 7.22 per cent? of inedible eggs, consisting of black rots, mixed or white rots, moldy or blood? rings. Examination of a sample of the consignment of August G, 1919, by said? bureau showed, in.-") half cases, the presence of 28 per cent of inedible eggs con?? sisting of mixed or white rots.
