District Court of the United States for said district an information against the? Tallulah Cotton Oil Co., a corporation, Tallulah, La., alleging shipment by? said company in violation of the Food and Drugs Act, as amended, on or about? August 22, 1920, from the State of Louisiana into the State of Illinois, of a? quantity of cottonseed meal which was misbranded. 40 BUREAU OF CHEMISTRY.
