S No. 1777.) f On April 9, 1929, the United States attorney for the District of Porto Ricof acting upon a report by the Secretary of Agriculture, filed in the DistricJ 'Court of the United States for said district a libel praying seizure and con* demnation of 26 dozen bottles of Pechodina de Henn at Ponce, P. R., alleging! that the article was in possession of the Porto Rican American Drug Co. (Inc.)J of Ponce, P. R? and was being offered for sale and sold in Porto Rico, arii ? charging misbranding in violation of the food and drugs act as amended. Analysis of a sample of the article by this department showed that it COB tained such ingredients as menthol, camphor, guaiacol, benzoates, a smalj amount of morphine, honey, sugar, alcohol, and water. It was alleged in the libel that the article was misbranded in that package failed to bear a statement on the label of the quantity or proportio of opium contained therein.
