On September 14 and 16, 1940, the United States attorney for the District of New Jersey filed libels against 259 crates and 27 quarts of blueberries at Newark, N. J., alleging that the article had been shipped in interstate commerce on or about August 21 and 22, 1940, by Sunnyburn Trading Co. from Phila- delphia, Pa.; and charging that it was adulterated in that it consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance. On November 29, 1940, no claimant having appeared, judgment of condemna- tion was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
