867. Adulteration of blueberries. V. S. v. 139 Quarts of Blueberries. Default decree of condemnation and destruction. (F. D. C, No. 3011. Sample Nos 27446-E.) On August 26, 1940, the United States attorney for the Southern District of Ohio filed a libel against 139 quarts of blueberries at Cincinnati, Ohio, alleging that the product had been shipped in interstate commerce on or about August 21, 1940, by J. Zuber from Modo, Pa.; and charging that it was adulterated in that it consisted in whole or in part of a filthy, putrid, or decomposed substance. It was labeled in part: "Keystone Brand Blueberries."
