On April 11, 1940, the United States attorney for the Western District of Oklahoma filed ah information against John Mike Hallren, trading as Hallren Produce at Fairview, Okla., alleging shipment on or about December 2, 1939, from the State of Oklahoma into the State of New York, of a quantity of poultry which was adulterated in that it consisted in whole and in part of the product of diseased animals. On May 2, 1940, a plea of guilty was entered by the defendant and a fine of $25 and costs was imposed.
