On December 5, 1940, the United States attorney for the Southern District of New York filed a libel against 1 barrel of poultry at New York, N. Y., alleging that the article had been shipped in interstate commerce on or about November 25, 1940, by W. P. Stork from Tyler, Minn.; and charging that it was ' alluIteWteltl In that it was ni whole or in part the product of diseased animals. On December 27,1940, no claimant having appeared, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed. DOG AND CAT FOOD
