C. No. 4845. Sample Nos. 69327-E to 69333-E, incl.) On May 29, 1941, the United States attorney for the District of New Jersey filed a libel against 157 boxes of turkeys at Jersey City, N. J., alleging that the article had been shipped on or about December 11 and 12, 1940, from St. Paul, Minn., by the Olsen-Keogh Co.; and charging that it was adulterated in that it consisted wholly or in part of a decomposed substance. On June 17, 1941, Olsen-Keogh Co., St. Paul, Minn., claimant, having admitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemnation was entered, and the , product was ordered released under bond for salvaging of the fit portion and destruction of the unfit.
