2126. Adulteration of flour. U. S. v. 18, 115, and 36 Bags of Flour. Default decrees of condemnation and destruction. (F. D. C. Nos. 5205, 5443. Sample Nos. 37670-E, 48287-E.) . On July 22 and August 26, 1941, the United States attorneys for the Southern and the Northern Districts of Georgia filed libels against 18 24-pound bags and 115 48-pound bags of flour at Augusta, Ga., and 36 24-pound bags of flour at La Grange, Ga., alleging that the article had been shipped in interstate com- merce on or about April 24 and May 16 and 26, 1941, by the Nashville Roller Mills Co. from Nashville, Tenn.; and charging that it' was adulterated in that it consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance. The article was labeled in part: "Good Morning Self-Rising Flour" or "Moneysworth Self-Rising Flour." On September 23 and 27, 1941, no claimant having appeared, judgments of condemnation were entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
