Illinois tiled a. libel;against 30 pounjl tubs of butter, at'Chicago,'Ill., alleging 
that the article had bteeh shipped oh June s28,1941, by A. T. Grouch Creamery from 
Bloomer, Ark;; and charging that it was adulterated in that'a product containing 
less than 80! percent by weight of milk fat had; been substittttied for butter. : 
; Oh July 17, 1941,1 Weinberg Bros; &' Co., Chicago, Ill., claimant, .: having ad- 
mitted the allegations of the libel; jud ant of condemnation was* entered and 
the product was Ordered released under bond conditioned that it be reworked 
under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration, and not sold 
or otlierwisd disposed of in violation of the law.
