Sample No. 42066-E.) .. - On July 30; .1941; the United States- attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania filed a libel ¦ against 25 baskets, each containing 12 quarts, of huckleberries at Pittsburgh, Pa., alleging that the article had been shipped on or about July 25,: 1941, by R. A. Colour from Rileyville, Va.; and charging that it was adulterated in that it consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance. ¦"].'"' On September 18, 1941, no claimant having appeared, judgment of condemna- tion was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
