On November 15, 1941, the United States attorney for the Southern District of New York filed a libel against 8 tubs of butter at New York, N.; Y., alleging that the article had been shipped In interstate commerce on or about November 4, 1941, by Farmers Creamery from Oskaloosa, Iowa; and Charging that it was adulterated in that it consisted in whole or in part of a filthy, putrid, or decom- posed substance. On December 9, 1941, no claimant having appeared, judgment of condemna- tion was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
