On December 18, 1941, the United States attorney for the Western District of Washington filed a libel against 15 cases of butter at Seattle, Wash.,, alleging that the article had been shipped in interstate commerce on or about September 12, 1941, by Swift & Co. from Portland, Oreg.; and charging that it was misbranded 492053*—42 « in that the prints did not contain "One Pound Net Weight," as labeled. The article was labeled in part: "Swift's Brookfield Butter." On March 28,1942, no claimant having appeared, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered delivered to a Federal agency. CHEESE
