On February 10, 1942, the United States attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana filed libels against 38 100-pound bags of dried bean's at New Orleans, La., alleging that the article had been shipped in interstate commerce by Coopera- tive G. L. F. Produee, Inc., from Phelps, N.#f., on or about February 24, 1941; and charging that it was adulterated in that it consisted in whole or in part of a filthy and decomposed substance. ) On March 25, 1942, no claimant having appeared, judgment of condemnation / was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
