On June 11, 1942, the United States attorney for the Northern District of Illinois filed a libel against 264 boxes of butter at Chicago, Ill., alleging that the article had been shipped in interstate commerce on or about May 20,1942, by the Producers Creamery Co. from C'abooi, Mo.; and charging that it was adulterated in that it consisted in whole or in part of a filthy, putrid, or decomposed substance. On July 3, 1942, L. D. Schreiber & Co., Inc., Chicago, Ill., claimant, having admitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered released under bond conditioned that it be manufac- tured into refined butter oil and disposed, of for purposes other than the manu- facture of process butter. .
