'3931.. Adulteration of crab meat, U. S.v. 14 1-Pound Cans of Crab Meat. De- fault decree of condemnation and destruction. (F. D. C. No. 8002. Sam- ~ pie No. 24804-F.) On July 20, 1942, the United States attorney for the Eastern District of Penn- sylvania filed a libel against 14 1-pound cans of crab,meat at Philadelphia, Pa., alleging that the article had been shipped in interstate commerce on or about July 16,1942, by Harrison & Jarboe Seafood Co. from St. Michaels, Md.; and charging that it was adulterated in that it consisted in whole or in part of a filthy animal substance. The article was labeled in part: "DeLuxe Crabmeat." On August 7,1942, no claimant having appeared, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
