Sample No. 4311-Jp\) On September 11, 1942, the United States attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky filed a libel against 15010-pound bags and 85 25-pound bags of corn meal at Ashland, Ky., alleging that the article had been transported in interstate commerce on or about July 22 and August 28, 1942, from the Goldcamp Mill Co., Ironton, Ohio; and charging that it was adulterated in that it consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance. The article was labeled in part: "Prize Taker Corn Meal. The Goldcamp Mill Co., Ironton, Ohio." On October 23, 1942, no claimant having appeared, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
