On August 5, 1942, the United States attorney for the Northern District of Florida filed/a libel against 18 96-pound bags of corn meaUat Gainesville, Fla., alleging that the article had been shipped in interstate commerce on or about June 10, 1942, by the Meridian Grain & Elevator Co., from Meridian, Miss.; and charging that it was adulterated in that it consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance. The article was labeled in part r "Nun Better Meal Electric Bock Ground Old Style Unbolted Corn Meal." On November 14, 1942, no claimant having appeared, judgment of condemna- tion was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
