On December 29, 1942, the United States attorney for the Southern District of Indiana filed an information against Harry H. Sohn, trading as Columbus Milling Co., at Columbus, Ind., alleging shipment within the period from on or about September 11 to on or about September 23,1942, from the State of Indiana into the State of Kentucky of quantities of c6rn meal that was adulterated in that it consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance. On January 16,1943, the defendant having entered a plea of guilty, the court imposed a fine of $200.
