On November 10, 1942, the United States attorney for the Northern District of New York filed an information against the Spaulding Bakeries, inc., Bingham- ton, N. Y., alleging shipment on or about April 9, 1942, from the State of New York into the State of Pennsylvania of quantities of bakery products that were adulterated. The articles were labeled in part: "Spaulding Sliced Bread *¦ * * Krispy Krust," "Angel Food * * * Spaulding Fresher Cakes," or "Spaulding * * * Lemon Cup."
