On February 20, 1943, the United States attorney for the District of Montana 
filed ah information against Eugene Graf, Jr., trading as Bon Ton Bakery at Bill- 
ings, Mont., alleging shipment on or about June 2S and" July 31, 1942, from the 
State of Montana into the State of Wyoming of quantities of bread that was 
adulterated in that it consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance, and in 
that it had been prepared under: insanitary conditions whereby it might have 
\ become contaminated with filth.
J   On March 3, 1943, the defendant having entered a plea of guilty, the court 
imposed a fine of $50.
