J., alleging delivery for shipment within the period from on or about October 24, 1941, to on or about January 5,1942, from the State of New Jersey into the State of New York and the District of Columbia, of quantities of tomato puree which was adulterated in that it consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed, substance.
