4781. Adulteration of dried eggs. TJ. S. v. 5 Barrels of Dried Eggs. Default decree of condemnation and destruction. (F. D. C. No. 9248. Sample ¦ NO.4280-F.) On January 26, 1943, the United States attorney for the Southern District of Ohio filed a libel against 5 barrels, each containing 160 pounds, of dried eggs at Martins Ferry, Ohio, alleging that the article had been shipped in interstate commerce on or about November 13, 1942, by the Central Ohio Supply Co., of / Columbus, Ohio, from New York City, N. Y.; and charging that it was adulterated . in that it consisted wholly or in part of a decomposed substance. The article was labeled in part: (Barrel) "Douche Golden Fluff Domestic Whole Egg Powder." On March 9,1943, no claimant having appeared, judgment of condemnation was entered and the "product was ordered destroyed.
