Sample Nos. 5638-F,. 6070-FO On November 11, 1942, the United States attorney for* the Eastern ' District of Arkansas filed a libel against a total of 87 24-pound sacks of flour Russellville, Ark., alleging that 52 sacks of the article had been shipped in interstate commerce on or about March 21, 1941, by the N. Sauer Milling Co., from Cherrydale, Kans., and that 35 sacks had been shipped on or about August 11 and 29, 1942, by the Ponca City Milling Co., from Ponca City, Okla.; and charging that it was adulter- ated in that it consisted in. whole or in part of a filthy substance. The article was labeled in part: (Sack) "Cherry Gold Extra High Patent Flour," or "Bleached Ponca's Best Flour * * * Fancy Patent." On May 7, 1943, no claimant having appeared, judgment of condemnation was entered and the. product was ordered sold, a condition of the sale being that it should not be used for human consumption. >
